LANGUAGES: AN INTERDISCIPLINARY FORUM
4-6 APRIL, 1997
School of Languages, University of Melbourne
The aim of the 1997 conference, Languages: An Interdisciplinary Forum,
is to promote discourse between postgraduates working in any area of
language studies (literary theory, linguistics, applied linguistics,
literature, etc.) reflecting the multifaceted composition of the
School of Languages. We anticipate that the conference's programme
will truly emphasise the interdisciplinary nature of the study of
languages and provide a stimulating and supportive atmosphere for
discussion.
Proposals for papers (of 20 minutes duration) should consist of a 200
word abstract and be accompanied by a completed registration form and
the appropriate fees.
