        "Don DeLillo and Postmodern Media Culture"

        The 20th Century Literature Conference
        University of Louisville, February 24-26, 2000:

                Submission deadline: Sept 1, 1999

The Don DeLillo Society (www.cofc.edu/~nelp/delillo) seeks 250-word
abstracts for a panel on DeLillo and postmodern media culture, including
but not limited to the ways in which DeLillo's interaction with said
culture engages or fails to engage terrorism, race, ethnicity, and the
body. You do not need to be a society member to submit an abstract.

        Please send submissions by Sept. 1, 1999
