Updated Call for Papers: Southern Fiction as Autobiography

For a special session to be proposed to the bi-annual conference of the
Society for the Study of Southern Literature. The conference will take
place in Orlando, Florida from 6-9 April 2000. Please see the website

We seek papers dealing with Southern writers and the ways in which their
lives are reflected in
their fiction.
If successful, the papers from this panel will provide the basis of a
volume of scholarly essays on this topic.

the text of the message.)
