Call For Papers on Cormac McCarthy:

The Southwest Popular Culture Convention in
Albuquerque, NM, February 9-12.

As the razor-thin February sun heats fragments of Sandia Mountain skree
to slight movement and tink of sound in sharp morning air we will sip
coffee in the Oldtown Sheraton and witness presentations on Cormac
McCarthy. Does McCarthy's writing follow a model of chaos to entropy? From
cleansing violence to domesticity? Fire to ash? Please send me your
200-word abstract of your paper. I welcome you to the February 9-12 meeting
in Albuquerque and our special panels on Cormac McCarthy.
