CALL FOR PAPERS
SURVEYING MEDIEVAL LIT AT THE MILLENIUM
GRADUATE ENGLISH STUDIES CONFERENCE
TEXAS TECH UNIVERSITY
FEB. 25-27
The Graduate English Society at Texas Tech University is holding is
holding its Graduate Conference on February 25-26, 2000, at Texas Tech
University. Our theme this year is: "Surverying the Field(s) at the
Millenium: Where We've Been and What's to Come for English Studies."
Last year's conference was a resounding success, and we hope to have
another great turn-out this year. Plan to attend.
Papers wanted on any aspect of Medieval English Literature Studies
and/or scholarship. This a broad category, as it encompasses anything
from Old English and Old Irish to the Age of Malory. It should prove to
be an interesting combination of papers and topics. We hope to have you
join us.
Papers treating any aspect of the topic are welcome.
Abstracts/Proposals for papers are due by December 1, 1999. Please
submit a one-page abstract to me at the e-mail listed below
(*preferred*), or to the physical address also listed below.
Acceptances will be by December 15, 1999.
