CFP: Victorian Crime (3/31; collection)

The editors of a forthcoming multi-authored collection on
Victorian Crime still seek a few contributions. Essays
should be no more than 6000 words (MLA format, inclusive of
all end notes). Whilst contributions on any aspect of
Victorian crime fiction are welcomed, the following list
may offer some guidelines.
White collar crime
Transportation
Urban crime
The rise of the master criminal
Criminal memoirs and their literary counterparts
Criminal trials/reporting/journalism

Completed essays may be sent to Grace Moore, The School of
English, The University of Exeter, Queen’s Building, The
Queen’s Drive, Exeter, Devon EX4 4QH United Kingdom.
Deadline March 31st 2000. Enquiries may be addressed to
