CALL FOR PAPERS:

CNYCLL's American Literary Realism panel seeks papers on any aspect of
American realism. Papers which consider the period with regard to
rival "realisms," informed by the specificities of race, class, and
gender, or that examine issues of narrative authority, voice, or
authenticity are encouraged.

SUBMISSIONS MUST BE POSTMARKED OR EMAILED BY JUNE 20, 2000.
Please submit 1-2 page abstract for a 20 minute presentation. Abstracts
should be sent in the body of your email; no attachments please.
