    ROMANTICISM AND THE WOMAN READER BARS Postgraduate Day Conference 6 September 2000

    Papers are invited from postgraduate students on any aspect of the topic, such as the elision of sexuality and textuality, the social dangers of novel reading, and reading and its various relations to domesticity.

    Abstracts of papers (up to 300 words) should be sent by 15 July 2000, to the Organisers:
