Call for papers for the Southwest/Texas Popular Culture Association and
American Culture Association
Subject: Distance Learning/Internet
The Southwest/Texas Popular Culture Association and American Culture
Association are holding the annual meeting on March 7-10, 2001, in
Albuquerque, New Mexico, at the Sheraton Old Town Hotel for a third year.
This is a call for papers for using Distance Learning/Internet as a new
alternative teaching method. Last year there were two panels for this topic.
I am hoping for more this year to include innovative ideas and practices,
showing both successes and problems.
Please contact this area chair by November 10, 2000. Check conference website
listed under Southwest/Texas Popular Culture Association for additional
information and registration. (http://www2.okstate.edu/swpca)
