    ** How have contemporary Black artists (re)defined Blackness in their works
    and performances?

    ** How have contemporary Black music, video/film, visual art and other forms
    of cultural expression (dance, drama, poetry, painting, sculpture,
    illustrations, etc.) altered popular culture in the 21st Century?

    ** What does it mean to be Black in the 21st Century? (personal narratives)

    Academic analyses, as well as essays, personal narratives, poetry, fiction,
    artwork, and other forms of prose are all encouraged.
