We are seeking abstracts for a special session that will be proposed for MLA
    2001:

Rethinking Genres for Medieval Drama. The question of the utility of
generic classification; generic blending and bending; prolegomena to new
approaches; English and other traditions. E-mail 500 word abstracts by 10
March to Ruth Sternglantz (sternglr@adelphi.edu) or Erick Kelemen
    (ekelemen@email.ccis.edu).

We are especially keen to hear from those working on medieval drama; general
drama theorists; genre theorists; and from medievalists working areas other
    than drama.
