    Call for Papers

    The English Graduate Students' Association of York University invites
    submissions for its annual graduate colloquium, to be held 9-10 April,
    2001. This year's theme is "Consuming Desires". We are interested in
    papers which engage with, interrogate, problematize (or simply get jiggy
    with) the intersection of consumption and desire, however these terms may
    be construed, constructed, destructed or disseminated.

    Proposals for panels or 20 minute papers should be sent by 16 March, 2001
    by email or post to:
