Contributors are sought for the forthcoming Ann Petry Encyclopedia
(Greenwood, 2002). Entries will cover works, characters, themes,
influences, topical and historical references, and biographical information
related to this 20th-century African-American novelist's life and work.
Send inquiries to Dr. Hazel Arnett Ervin at the address below. Please list
the titles of Petry's works (or any specific topics) that you would be
interested in writing about, and include your home mailing address, email,
and phone. Contributors will receive a contract from Greenwood Publishing
Group, Inc.
Deadline for inquiries: July 1, 2001.
