UPDATE: Deadline for Volume XXI.2 Atenea
Atenea is an interdisciplinary journal published twice a year by the Faculty
of Arts and Sciences at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez. It
features critical essays, book reviews, and some short fiction and poetry.
The editors welcome submissions based on the following guidelines:
Deadline for submission for Volume XXI.2: 30 August 2001
1. Critical essays (10-18 pages) and book reviews (2-4 pages) written in
English or Spanish will be considered.
2. Short fiction (4-15 pages) and poetry (1-4 pages) written in English,
French,
Italian, or Spanish will be considered.
3. Critical essays and book reviews must follow MLA format.
4. Submissions sent by email are not considered.
5. Submissions should be sent in triplicate to the following address:
