The Michigan Academy
The Michigan Academy of Science, Arts, & Letters is dedicated to scholarly
exchange through annual meetings and a quarterly journal of outstanding
papers, the Michigan Academician.
At the annual meetings of the Michigan Academy, papers are presented in
section programs corresponding to the recognized disciplines and
interdisciplinary areas. Held on the campus of a different Michigan
college or university each year in late winter/early spring, the meetings
also include symposia, special sessions on featured topics, and several
social events. In 2002, the meetings will be held at Central Michigan
University in Mt. Pleasant on March 8 and 9.
