Call for papers for the South Central Modern Language Association, 59th
Annual Meeting. The conference will be held in Austin, Texas at the Omni
Austin Hotel Downtown on October 31-November 2, 2002.
This is a call for papers for the Twentieth-Century British Literature
Session. The theme for the session is "The Intersection of the Verbal and
the Visual in Twentieth-Century British Literature." Papers that deal with
the evocations and/or transformations of the visual arts in
twentieth-century British fiction, poetry or plays will be considered.
