    CFP: Anglo-Saxon Identities (4/15/02 ; SAMLA
11/15/02-11/17/02). This session at the November
SAMLA conference in Baltimore, MD, seeks abstracts on
Anglo-Saxon identities. How do people in the
Anglo-Saxon period see themselves as a community, as
individuals, as members of European Christendom or in
relation to outsiders (Danes, Irish, Continental
Europeans, Muslims, Jews, etc...). Send one page
abstracts to Erin Mullally. Humanities Division. P.O.
Box 3800. Miles College. Birmingham, AL 35208. or
    email: erinmullally@yahoo.com
