    CFP: Teaching Shakespeare's Henry V

    Popular Culture/American Culture Association in the South Conference
                            Charlotte, NC October 3-5, 2002
            Deadline: May 9, 2002
                      
    The Shakespeare Interest Group of the Popular Culture/American Culture
    Association in the South Conference will focus this year on the challenges
    of teaching Shakespeare's Henry V. Each panelist will make a short
    presentation (8-10 minutes) on the particular problems that he or she has
    encountered in teaching this play to today's students. These presentations
    will be followed by a roundtable discussion. Please send abstracts (150-200
    words) by May 9, 2002, to Prof. Emily Miller, Department of English and Fine
    Arts, Virginia Military Institute, Lexington, VA 24450, or e-mail them to
    millerep@mail.vmi.edu.
