A CFP for a panel sponsored by NEMLA'03 in Boston, MA:
Oscar Wilde
The purpose of this session is to provide a forum for
traditional and emerging Wilde scholarship and discuss
the recent "Wilde revival" in the mainstream media. I
invite papers on queer Wilde, feminist Wilde, Irish
Wilde, although I am particularly interested in Wilde
as a late 20th-early 21st century popular culture
phenomenon. Submissions dealing with the latest
cinematic adaptations and biographical plays and films
are welcome.
