Deadline for proposals: August 15

I’m currently looking for paper proposals about Westerns ostensibly set
in the Pacific Northwest. I’m very flexible as to what kinds of things
I might accept. For example, paper proposals on a traditional Western
such as Anthony Mann’s _Bend of the River_ (1952), a revisionist
anti-Western like Jim Jarmusch’s _Dead Man_ (1995), or an examination of
a film descended from the Western are all welcome.
