DEADLINE EXTENDED for the panel: THE PROSE POEM
New panel deadline: 8/1/02
This session provides a present day exploration of the prose poem through a
round table Q&A. Fiction writers and poets who write prose poems are
invited to submit proposals for this session. Seeking a panel whose work
and ideas reflect:
-- the paradoxical and hybrid nature of a prose poem.
Proposals should include a sample of 4-5 prose poems, a bio and a one page
political or personal "discovery" piece on the prose poem that answers this
question: why?
Send proposals by Aug 1st via email (prose poems as word attachments) or
snail mail.
Please include your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and summer phone
number along with your proposal.
