The Left Bank Review (Winter/Spring 2003, Issue #9 ) will address the =
influence of salon culture in the lives of the early Modernists living =
in Paris-- beginning with the world of Marcel Proust. The LBR will also =
explore the transformation of salon culture as it applies to =
contemporary writers living and working in today's metropolitan =
environments.=20
Abstracts: 650 words or less by January 31, 2003
Papers: 1,200 - 2,500 words by April 30, 2003
Languages accepted: English, French, Spanish or Italian
Student participation/research: open
Payment: nominal $25.00 fee on publication.
