Call for Papers: 2004 American Historical Association Conference
“Resistance and Opposition to the Vietnam War”
I am seeking papers, chairs, and commentators for a proposed panel for the
2004 AHA conference to be held January 8-11 in Washington, DC. The theme of
this panel is “Resistance and Opposition to the Vietnam War.” Papers on all
aspects of this topic are welcomed, especially those that examine organized
opposition to the Vietnam War and those that explore how race, gender,
and/or ethnicity intersected with such fights.
Please submit via email an abstract of no longer than 500 words and a
two-page vita with your contact information to Michael Ezra, Department of
History, St. Cloud State University at: mikeezra@hotmail.com
Deadline for submissions is December 1. Review of submissions will begin
immediately.
