New Directions in Frost Studies
A Symposium
http://www.dartmouth.edu/~lhc/frost
Leslie Center for the Humanities
Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire
July 10-12, 2003
Some clarification and news about the Frost symposium:
1) As we select papers for the symposium, some preference will be given to
graduate students and scholars at the start of their academic career, but
we are quite interested in new work on Frost by more established scholars
as well.
2) We are exploring the possibility of publishing the symposium
proceedings.
3)A second poet, Robert Pinsky, will be joining Paul Muldoon to give a
reading from their own work and from Frost’s poetry.
Again, abstracts of 300 words, for 20-minute papers dealing with any
aspect of Frost’s œuvre, should be sent to:
Marit MacArthur
mjmacarthur@ucdavis.edu
University of California Davis
or
Rachel Buxton
rachel.buxton@new.ox.ac.uk
New College, Oxford
Closing date for proposals is January 31, 2003.
