This call for papers is for a proposed panel to be held at
"(Dis)junctions: Morphing the Written Word," the University
of California at Riverside's 10th Annual Humanities
Conference. It will take place April 11-12, 2003. For more

Contributors are invited to submit abstracts about any
aspect of television (or film) and academia. Possible
approaches include, but are not limited to:
-Literature in television and film
-The uses of television and film in the classroom
-Film and media studies
All disciplines are welcome. One page abstracts should be
