CFP: Apologies for delay in recent postings

Dear CFP members,

I apologize for the recent delay in postings. We had a bit of a problem
with the list, which has since been fixed, and I am sorting through all
the messages backed up in the queue. I will be sending out announcements
with deadlines in March first and then sorting through the rest of the
