Late Call for Papers. Abstracts due April 1st!

Proposed new session:

German II: "Old Europe/New World: Images of the Transatlantic
Other/World in German or American Texts."

Papers sought on texts from any period in which a German or American
Other/World is imagined or constructed.

Inquiries welcome. Please send (in body of e-mail) or fax 250-word
abstracts by 1 April to:

The M/MLA Conference will be held November 7-9, 2003, at the Congress
Plaza Hotel in Chicago, Illinois.
