Call for Papers
SAMLA 2003 Conference, Atlanta
I am soliciting papers for SAMLA's standing "American Literature I" panel.
The focus of this panel will be "But Is It Any Good?: American Sentimental
Literautre." Any papers focusing on theoretical and/or critical issues
related to the study of American sentimental literature of any period will
be considered. See below for further description and contact information.
Please send proposals of 250-500 words by March 31st, 2003. The conference
runs from November 15-17th, 2003. To learn more about the SAMLA convention
