Dear colleagues,

I invite you to submit an abstract to a new special session proposed for =
this year's Midwest Modern Language Association Conference.

The M/MLA Conference will be held November 7-9, 2003, at the Congress =
Plaza Hotel in Chicago, Illinois.

Abstracts are due April 1st.

Proposed new session:

German I. German Poetry. Open Topic.

Papers invited on any aspect of German-language poetry. Submissions on =
comparative topics, influence, translations and translators (for =
example, Robert Bly or James Wright as translators of German poetry) are =
encouraged.=20
