CFP: David Mamet (UK) (5/1/03; 6/11/03-6/13/03)

CALL FOR PAPERS

Second International David Mamet Conference, June 11-13, 2004, in London,
England. Abstracts or proposals on any aspect of Mamet’s work--films,
fiction, drama, essays-- are invited from academics, scholars, theater
professionals, and graduate students for papers of 20 minutes. We especially
encourage interdisciplinary submissions and those that address Mamet’s
versatility as director, teacher, interviewee. Paticipants need not be
members of the David Mamet Society.

Keynote and plenary speakers and conference details to be announced.
Please e-mail the organizers if you are be interested in convening a panel .

Abstracts (no more than 300 words) should be sent by May 1, 2003 to:
