CALL FOR PAPERS
Latino/a Literature: Las Fronteras/The Borders.
CNYCLL (Central New York Conference on Language and Literature). October
26-8, 2003 at SUNY Cortland.
Proposals are sought for papers that consider Latino/a Literature and its
literal and metaphorical "fronteras" or "borders." Possible angles include
but are not limited to: sexuality/gender; (im)migration; language; class;
presence (or lack thereof) in today's college classroom/curriculum; pop
culture (music and/or film).
Please submit a 500-word abstract and brief vita by July 15, 2003.
