The Women's Connection of the CEA solicits individual papers or panels on topics concerning women's issues, women writers, or images of women in literature or popular culture. Papers may address topics
in traditional literary historical divisions or may take more theoretical stances.
All proposals should include the address, email, and phone number of the author. Panel proposals should include the addresses, emails, and phone numbers of the organizers and all participants, an overview of the planned session, and a description of the target audience.
Send proposals of 500 words by October 21, 2003 (regular mail, fax, or email acceptable) to the session organizer:

Notification of acceptance will be made by November 15, and all presenters must be members of CEA by December 15. Papers not accepted for Women's Connection panels will be forwarded to the general program chair for further consideration.
