Potential topics might include: Biography and entertainment, art, music,
theater Biography and film Television programs about biography Biography
and urban legends Biography and folklore Biography and literature
Scholarly Biography Controversial Biography Psychoanalysis and Biography
Historical Biography Political Biography Autobiography
Prospective presenters should send a one-page, typed, single spaced
abstract and a one page vitae by November 15, 2003 to the address below.
Please do not submit an abstract electronically. Direct questions via
email. PCA/ACA regulations limit participants to one paper presentation.
Therefore, if you are interested in presenting in the Biography and
Popular Culture Area, please do not submit an abstract to another area,
but follow up on original submission if you do not hear from the chair
by December 1, 2003. If you would like more information about the PCA
