The Jane and Paul Bowles Society is planning to hold two
panels at the American Literature Conference in San
Francisco, May 27-30 2004. The topic is open but papers
addressing comparisons to other American writers or on
generating more interest in Jane and/or Paul Bowles in the
classroom would be appreciated. Send a 250 word abstract to
David Racker at dracker@temple.edu. No attachments please.
Deadline for abstracts: January 23, 2004.
