armchair travelling; high-concept destinations; brochures and book covers;
sex, sexuality and settings; train station booksellers; series and cities;
screening and selling scenery; genres of tourist and tourist fiction;
couples and the romance of travel; fictional tourism and anti-tourism; the
book, the film of the book and the tour of the film of the book; marketing
fiction through difference; consuming places; resorts and holiday reading;
(popular) cultural tourism
