Shakespeare's _Richard II_: The Circulation of Authority

We are seeking papers that examine royal and legal authority as well as
the power of the subject. Reconsideration of the monarch in relation to
the voices of resistance in the play is encouraged. 250 word abstracts
accepted until March 15, 2004.
