The Women's Caucus of the South Central Modern Language Association is now
reviewing papers for the annual conference in New Orleans on October 28-30,
2004. The session title is "The Role of Women in (With, Through, Behind)
Administration." Female professors appear to engage in (and react to)
administration differently than their male counterparts. This session will
explore why, how, and in what ways this occurs. The session chair is
