The Travel, Tourism, and Transportation area of the Midwest Popular Culture Association/American Culture Association invites paper, presentation, and panel proposals for its annual conference in Cleveland, OH, from October 8-10, 2004. Proposals involving any aspect of travel, tourism, and transportation are welcome. Proposals focused on Cleveland or the Midwest are encouraged.
Because of the upcoming deadline, please email proposals of 100-300 words (as an attachment), along with your name, department, education/organization affiliation, address, phone number, and email address to: Ann Brigham, Roosevelt University, at <abrigham@roosevelt.edu>.
Deadline for proposals is May 30, 2004. Information about the MPCA/ACA conference can be found at: http://www.niu.edu/mpca/. Note: the only audio-visual equipment available from the Association will be a VCR or slide projector, and you must ask for it at the time you submit your proposal.
