The Midwest Popular Culture Association will hold its annual meeting on
October 8-10, 2004, at the Radisson Hotel-Gateway, Cleveland, OH. More

We are currently seeking paper presentations and panels devoted to the study
of all aspects of animation: hand-drawn, computer-drafted, stop-motion, as
well as studies of specific animated film genres. Graduate students are
strongly encouraged to submit papers.
Please send a 250-300 word abstract to the area chair by June 21, 2004.
